Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access another person’s account, upload malicious material or submit credentials and private customer data through public forms.

Free App Rescue

Free support is discretionary and limited to eligible applicants in currently enabled countries. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a fix, a particular timescale or any outcome. Scope is agreed only after human review.

Build with Aurican

A Build with Aurican request is a non-binding enquiry. Any paid work requires a separate written quote or agreement covering scope, fees, delivery, intellectual property and other commercial terms.

Content and intellectual property

You should submit only material you are entitled to share. Aurican’s site content, branding and materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Project ownership terms belong in the separate project agreement.

Liability and law

The site is provided for preliminary enquiries and project communication. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability allocation and governing law for paid work will be set out in the separate agreement. The final website terms must name the legal entity and confirm the appropriate law and jurisdiction before launch.
