Aurican Analytics
Privacy notice
This launch-stage notice explains in plain English how Aurican uses information submitted through this website and client portal. It should receive final legal review before launch.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide in App Rescue applications and Build with Aurican requests, including contact details, country, project descriptions and answers. For accepted work, we also process portal account details, project messages, actions and uploaded files. Technical and security records may include timestamps, request limits, authentication events and basic request information.
How we use it
We use this information to assess enquiries, communicate with applicants, provide accepted services, operate and secure accounts, and maintain records of project work. Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens or private customer data in an intake form.
Service providers
Aurican currently uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication services, Resend for transactional email and OpenAI for AI-assisted follow-up questions in the App Rescue intake. The Build with Aurican summary is deterministic and does not invoke OpenAI. Providers process information only as needed to supply those services. Human review determines acceptance.
Retention and your choices
We retain application and project information for as long as reasonably needed to review requests, provide services, meet legitimate record-keeping needs and protect the service. You may ask to access, correct or delete information, subject to lawful retention needs, by contacting support@auricananalytics.com.
Cookies and local storage
The portal uses strictly necessary, secure authentication cookies. Guided forms may save a draft in your browser’s local storage. We found no non-essential analytics or marketing cookies in the current site, so no consent banner is used. If that changes, this notice and consent handling must be updated.
